Will this be "that" season?

Looking back, last season was the magical season we have waited so long for. Looking forward, this season has all the marking of what all of us have longed for. Not one of us, who have been there since the dark years, will ever forget the one thing that we all hated. Watching teams like Green Bay, Miami, Pittsburg, Dallas, San Fran, and New England throughout 40 plus years, not only be king, but be kings for a long time.
This season, we were the hunted and got the very best from every team. Every game this year was a tough battle. Hell, look at Arizona and Cleveland, they played like they were fighting for a playoff spot when we played them. This team has had alot of things happen this year that we didn't see last year. No one expected Brees to throw as many ints this year or lose to both Arizona and Cleveland.
My point is this, being a 5 seed and having to play on the road in order to get back to the SB, will propel this team to becoming one of the great teams of the SB era. Getting there regardless of the road, because our Saints are what we've longed for, Champions!
"That" season! The season where other fans (fans like we use to be for so many years) that won't admit it, but wished their team could be like the Saints. A team that not only got to the top, but stayed there for a good while.

For so many years I've wanted people to do one of two things to me when they found out I'm a Saints fan. Either look at me with that envious disgusted look or simply just give me that DAMN!!!! look.

Great post. Last weeks game had that feeling to it. The Saints were impressive. Even with the shitty plays they fought hard and won.
