Someone explain to me why SP would do that?

At least give them a shot at the touchdown.

Did they not have a shot at a TD? It was third and goal with 7 seconds. They had two timeouts.

You and Barber don’t understand situational football, huh?

Little too close for comfort and then run a screen? Should've called it with no less than 10 on the clock.

It was 3rd and goal from the 15 yard line. They had 30 seconds left on the clock when they ran their 2nd down play.

Why not let the clock run down to 15 seconds and have a legitimate shot at a TD. 7 seconds was not enough time to allow your WRs to get into the endzone and take a shot and still have enough time to attempt the field goal.

I played FB my entire life, Marine Corps league, and College. I'm fairly certain I understand situational football more than a yaw yaw shrimp baw.
