There is nobody there to hold anyone accountable. nobody.
I hate to say this, but i kinda wish the Wicked Witch of Airline Highway was still there. At least she would bust some balls .
We are a ship with no rudder at all.

I don't really believe there are very many problems off the field. My personal opinion is that Rob Ryan has run his course just like he always has and Sean Payton needs to replace him with Dennis Allen like he's always wanted to do.
On the field, the run blocking needs to improve and some tough personnel decisions need to be made. Marques Colston will continue to see time but only because the Saints have no other real solution to that this year unless there is a trade. The defense really needs Allen to take over.
I think this team has probably lost it's grip on the NFC South and will miss the playoffs even though they've been competitive in all their games. That was a great showing at Carolina without one of the top five QB's in the league and missing a lot of starting talent on defense.
I believe in Jeff Ireland and the job he's done this year scouting and drafting the players he's drafted and that is a positive start. This year, though, the Saints are likely playing for a sub .500 record. It's a year when they can compete with anyone, they can beat anyone, but they won't.
