Because it's extremely unlikely any of them beat out:
Jordan
Onyemata
Kikaha
Okafor
Hendrickson
And then you have:
Tapp
Gwacham
Muhammad
You likely keep 5, but no more than 6 (8-10 lineman total so you also have Fairley, Rankins, Davison, and Mabry).
Any UDFA would have an extreme long shot to make it at end. Muhammad is basically our "UDFA" long shot.

Tommylee will be cut. Dude is useless considering he can't catch passes or punts.....hands of stone. Every punt return last year was a disaster waiting to happen

There's a "Big Team Need" for a "special" pass rusher, not necessarily for the caliber of DE you generally find as an UDFA. Not to say that entity doesn't exist...just that while the search might not be at "unicorn level" you're probably at least at "Black Rhino" level.

It'd be like finding another Galette. Took forever to get big and when he did he went nuts.
