TIFWIW, but I have a few friends within the organization and a few in the media, and all of them have been raving about SJB. Maybe this is an opportunity for him and Breaux to make an impact.

Would we even WANT Byrd to start at this point in Game 1? He hasn't practiced AT ALL. I'd rather Bush until Byrd gets a week or so of practice in.

As long as his arm is in a cast. Fred disrupted a lot of passes with that giant q-tip of a cast. He played his best football in it.

He's nursing an injury...not sure how serious. But yea, even better if he's in game 1. I just don't think we're in this horrible shape everyone is saying. That said, we need to hope this is the end of the injury bug in the secondary.
