This certainly seems like the biggest influx of ranters that have little clue about the Saints or even NFL at draft time I can remember. Maybe cuz so many LSU players in the upper end of the draft this year? Three 7-9's attracting all the critics from outside whodatium?
I'm not gonna bang the drum as this being the best ever draft but I'm

Analzone is a good player. He will fill the tight gaps hard and fast. He will leave anyone in his way exhausted and sore when they think they can stop his defensive penetration. The frustration he will cause will leave many butt hurt.

That's what these college only guys do not understand. Beckwith is a run thumper. MLBs that cannot play man, hook zones, rush the passer, or play sideline to sideline are 1 maybe 2 down players in today's day and age.

I'm not upset with any of the picks we have made, but Alex Analzone was a really bad pick at 76. Of course Duke goes the pick right before, but this guy is K. Fortt 2.0
I dont think he ever makes an impact. Also, downvote away but I was right about Fortt. Should have taken anyone else after him in that round except for Beathard.

Everyone always says that the saints do not pick LSU players. This isn't a lie, they have not drafted them. But is that because of a staunch hatred of the program. No.
Payton said he would have taken OBJ if he could afford to move up and get him. They settled for a small jump to get Cooks which didn't cost them a 1st the next year.
All this aside, Beckwith could end up being a all pro LB and Anzo could not even back the team. But all that is irrelevant because everyone posting here doesn't take the time to scout these players. You've got your eyes so far up CEOs arse you can't see the difference between bias and talent.
