For some context I live in Fort Worth, Texas so everything on the radio is cowboys. I have the 104.5 app, but what twitter accounts are good to follow and what would be some good podcasts to start following?

Wish I knew, I'm in same boat. I live in McKinney and its non-stop Cowboys. They are about to lose their best offensive player to suspension, three other defensive players are suspended and all the radio sports shows can talk about is Jerrah going into the HoF.

Just keep up with the Saints on Nola.com.

And I don't care what the majority think but Mike Detillier has a lot of great insight when it comes to the Saints. I love the hr of radio he does with Mascona every Thursday.

I listened to a drunken Saints podcast today that was pretty good. I think it's called Saints happy hour.

Don't know that I would claim it's "the best", but I like "Bleeding Black & Gold" hosted by Roy Anderson. He works for Canal St. Chronicles. I first tuned in to him when he hosted the "Locked on Saints" Podcast.

Saints Happy Hour Podcasts

I've been listening to it the last couple of years. It keeps you up to date with what's going on and those guys have fun while doing it.

Unfortunately Deke comes with the app. His unnecessary douchienss and unpredictable a-hole switch can be off putting. Although he partially redeems himself with his Prep football roundup.

1)underhill and west - underhill gets the best inside scoop of any saints podcaster.

2)Saints Happy Hour- none of these guys are experts but they don't claim to be. It's a podcast of 3-5 guys that are saints fans. They talk about the team just as you would talk to your friends about the team. It's rather enjoyable imo.

3)Saints Nation- this one is not my favorite at all but I listen anyway. Brian (the host) tries to prove he is the smartest guy in the room over and over and in the end, all he proves is that he is the most arrogant person in the room. He reminds me of Dennis from it's always sunny, I would not be surprised if he has a few lackeys and refers to them as his minions.

Those are the 3 that I listen to and the order in which I listen. I'd say that I enjoy Happy Hour the most because it's not as serious but Underhill and West has the best insight.

The hour long segments Detellier does with Moscona on Thursdays are good. They talk LSU as well but still plenty Saints talk.

That guy is absolutely awful.

I liked the Locked on Saints and then he took it over. I listened maybe 4 times with him as the host and couldn't take it anymore.
