What compensation would you offer Browns for Manziel?

Assuming they make move for Mariotta, would you offer our 2nd 3rd rounder?

I would give them some of the dome's famous seafood nachos complete with the five or so microscopic shrimp.

He's definitely worth a 3rd rounder... He's still young, definitely has talent. He's cheap at a 3 round choice for us to see if he can help us. Drew won't last forever and if he can last 2 more years at the least we can probably have Manziel groomed. It's not like the Browns actually are a legit franchise that grooms QB's either

Id offer them a conditional deal. a 7th this year and a clause where if he starts a game for us within 2 years they get a 4th the next year.

I'm not calling him a bust starting now, I've been saying it before he was drafted. He will never be an average NFL QB or better. He relied on his scrambling ability in college and the NFL has players as fast as him that nullifies his speed.
