Geez, I remember watching that and thinking that he must be on dat purple drank or something. Brown did NOTHING on that play. Grubbs had to peel off and block Quinn in the back to the ground, and dude still had a strip.

I mean, he did at least assist the tackle.

I think he thought it was a screen and let Quinn in.

I hope.

I replayed it over and over....getting more and more mad each time. I mean, Quinn crawled!!! You can't fall on the m'fer or SOMETHING???? Truth is though, we were out-physicaled that whole game. But yea, Brown was putrid.

Brown never quite had the strength needed for the position. He also had massive lapse in focus.

You noticed how we ran for 100+ yards in very game after Armstead took over. It had a chain effect all the way down the line. Grubbs took a lot of heat last year, but had to play next to Brown for most of the year.

Speaking of the Top 100, the final 10 are going to be revealed Wed nite.

Does Drew or Jimmy crack the Top 5?

I'm waiting for another snub. It would be funny to me if Jimmy gets left off completely two years in a row.

i'll bet Jimmy gets #10 or #9.

I haven't kept up with it this year. I've just been dropping by nfl.com and clicking the video of the player that I want to watch instead on their countdown page.

I'm pretty sure both make it, considering there's one TE left unnamed and 3 QBs (Brees, Brady, Manning) but I got a feeling they will only be mentioned in the #10-thru-#6 spots.

Curious to see if the players put Jimmy over Drew.

since it is down to the Top 10 now... I'll watch it live.

i'm not real sure how Jimmy got left off last year.

that was unacceptable.

not one guy from the O-line made it. Jahri Evans did a few years ago but he's aging some... and guards have never been a feature position for this type of thing anyway.

if Aaron Rodgers can make it in at like #11 even after missing several games... Brees should be a Top 5 selection.

my guess is Manning gets #1.

Brady... meh.... he did do a lot with not as much help last year. Gronk was hurt most of the time. Hernandez killed some people. Welker joined up with Manning.

Brady had a shitty deck to play with but was at the doorstep to the Super Bowl anyway.

But... the AFC was a joke compared to the NFC last year.

no wonder Denver got blown out. They had no idea what kind of game they were in for against Seattle. If they had played them before already then maybe they would have stood a chance... but no.

Manning
Brady
Brees
Jamall Charles
Leseason McCoy
Adrian Peterson
Richard Sherman
Aj Green
Jimmy Graham
Megatron

I think it'll go as follows:
10) Aj Green
9) Jimmy Graham
8) Jamall Charles
7) Drew Brees
6) Lesean Mccoy
5) Tom Brady
4) Adrian Peterson
3) Richard Sherman
2) Megatron
1) Manning

Not that I agree. I'd have Brady, Manning, Brees and Rodgers as 1-4 if it were my choice. JJ Watt being ranked 12th is stupid.

that's a helluva guess right there

I think maybe you could swap McCoy and AP.

but I kind of agree that Sherman gets a pretty high vote because there is no other defensive player to pick from.

when that player's team has drastic down year... something like that is bound to happen.

I agree, I think he's a Top 10 player.

You could make the argument he was the most productive player in the league last season

Keep watching. The next player is Luke Kuechly. Again, they showed a bunch of highlights of Luke in his second game against the saints last year. Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis single handedly beat us in that game!
