Fuller's motion to have the DA thrown off of the case was denied

trial date pushed back from 9/20 to 11/2

Fuller has pissed off the DA's office something fierce right now. They launched an all out investigation and Cannizaro has all kind of witness tampering video evidence on multiple witnesses from multiple cases on Fuller. WWL ran a report last night. For all the shite people were saying about Fuller and how respected he is he sure was pretty sloppy as far as being a lawyer goes.

I've read about Fuller's mishandles in the past and from what I've seen during this case.. he seems ridiculous.

Well I don't know fuller and maybe you're right about him, but remember who criminal defense lawyers have to work with, so a lot of time the ridiculousness is the only move. They don't have executives or often even regular working stiffs for clients
