These guys attend the minicamp and then the Saints have the option of offering them a contract. Some of them are going to another team's camp the week before the Saints camp, so they might not even show up if they get a contract offer before Saints minicamp.
They come from various sources, too many to name. I was bored this morning.
Some of them are mislabeled as UDFAs in the other thread.
Kyler Kerbison, OL, Tennessee
Chris Weatherd, LB/DE, Tennessee
T.J. Semke, FB, Kansas
Garrett Griffin, TE, Air Force
Leonard Pegues, LB, Memphis
Royce LaFrance, DE, Tulane
Lance McDowell, DT, Central Florida
Anthony Pistelli, K, Samford
A.J. Hughes, P, VA Tech
Corey Marshall, DE, VA Tech
Luther Maddy, DT, VA Tech
Jaylen Walton, FB, Mississippi
Ryan Langford, LB, New Mexico

If I remember correctly he was really accurate in college.
Eta: 2015 stars; He was 20 of 23 on field goals including 6 of 8 on 40-49 yarders and 41 of 41 on extra points.

Don't know much about his film but the dude is a BEAST
he comes from a good bloodline... Some of you Louisiana old time high school football buffs might remember his brother Eddie Lafrance, one of the best RBs the state ever had
