Truth. Plus, Rome wasn't built in a day. It's not like you draft the guy and he never improves or gets better at other aspects of their game.

Then we should be very worried about potentially drafting Mingo to play against NFL OTs

If you ban yourself that long I will double ban you.
Good posters are few and far between.
Don't get the double ban

All I'll say is watching LSU the last few years three names kept being called out over and over again on game days. Peterson Tyrann and Mingo.
Would love to have him.

That aids Chad's point. They won't make that mistake twice

considering we didn't choose ellis over dorsey makes it more perplexing of a point.

1. Miami - Jake Long, OT Michigan
2. St. Louis - Chris Long, DE Virginia
3. Atlanta - Matt Ryan, QB Boston College
4. Oakland - Darren McFadden, RB Arkansas
5. Kansas City - Glen Dorsey, DT LSU
6. NY Jets - Vernon Gholston, DE Ohio State
7. New Orleans - Sedrick Ellis, DT USC

Good point as well

I seriously thought he was going to be a mulitiple all star running back. That just goes to show how bad Oakland is. It's like a kid gets picked by the Raiders and just says, "Aw shite." and gives up.

I'll say that as bad as Ellis was, he wasn't Vernon Gholston bad. So we got that going for us.

Mingo is built for 3-4 OLB. I would be ECSTATIC if the Saints were able to get him. Yes a few more lbs would be nice but I truly think he has the potential to be a star. I am an LSU fan, yes...but you don't see me saying the same for other players.
