We've seen the offense struggle before and then work it out. I'm trying to think of a year under Payton where they were terrible all year but I can't think of one.

Honestly. We need new coaches.
It's sad but this is business, not friendship.
We can't develop rookies on defense, haven't in years.
I can't stomach another year of wasted talent and lackadaisical bullshite coaching.
We had an opportunity last year to bring in a new defensive unit and see what they can't do and Payton chose friendship over business. Unforgivable.
Our playcalling on offense is lazy a best.
Our track record of addressing major problems, like offensive guards since 2011,is atrocious.
We have talent on this team. We need a coach that will mold and develop it. Payton doesnt seem to have the drive to lift a team up like he did in 06. He looks more than content to limp around another 9-7 team miss the playoffs and go back to Greenbriar for the same bullshite next year.
Show me a lazy talented man and the hardest worker you know, I'll take the hard worker. It'll trump raw talent everytime.

CSP looks like a coach that doesn't have a clue right now. He looks like he is lost!

I can get down with most of your post but this is just plain wrong. Our offensive woes recently (especially last season) have NOTHING to do with playcalling and everything to do with personnel.
