But Drew NEVER takes the initiative. Why is he such a beta on the field? Other QB's would be running to the ref and calling TO in that spot - not even necessarily Manning. I've seen Rivers and Romo be more proactive and cognitive in regards to game situations than Brees.

This......he also could have called a TO. He is the general on the field....if he felt he needed a TO he could have called it!
