Just for fun, who would you rather back up Drew?

I say Jamarcus if he were able to stay disciplined. But on the other hand Tebow might learn more from Drew and the discipline is already there.

Still going with Jamarcus.

If i had to choose...neither. I'd rather put Sedrick Ellis's fat arse back there at QB over them.

Jamarcus at least has talent that you could maybe pull something out of. Tebow is junk.

Super funny and good job on ducking the question.

If I had to pick today, Tebow. He's disciplined, has drive, work ethic, runs like a bull, and wants to succeed.

JR has a cannon, size, and all the natural ability in the world, but his motivation is obviously highly questionable.

That being said, I'd be perfectly ok with giving Tebow or JR a shot at a back up spot. Hypothetically.

As a legit 2, Tebow.

But if we were bringing in someone for 3rd spot, then definitely Jamarcus.

P.S. Just saw the Jamarcus piece on ESPN and I say bring him for 3rd string (I know we just got a couple but I wish we wouldn't have).

Seneca...

but

JaMarcus...it will never happen though.

Honestly, I think JR would be a good fit in New Orleans. He needs a fiery leader like Drew to get him more motivated and a QB Guru like Sean Payton to help develop him.

Tebow would actually be better on the Falcons. Would be great for redzone/short yardage and also scout team QB for when we play these mobile QBs (Cam gives us trouble)

However, the media distraction isnt worth it.

Tebow, it would be cool to have an actual saint on the team.

I actually like Jamarcus I seen this video of him lately and he looks like a man on a mission. Plus I think Sean and Drew can help him alot

Right now you would want JR under center and over the buffet line?

I don't want either. If I have to take one though, I'll take JR. Simply because I don't want the circus that follows Tebow.

So what happens if Jamarcus is focussed and goes to another team and starts going off? Then everyone will be bitching that we should have given him a shot..

Would be happy for him. Still think he is warm poo in the pro's. Don't want until he shows something besides a dedication to eating and a lack of discipline. There is nothing I have seen that says he is ready to led the Saints down the field for a score.

Jamarcus, as he's the opposite of Tebow. All the talent in the world, but didn't have the right work ethic in the NFL.

With hopefully his new found work ethic he can find a spot somewhere in the NFL, working with Brees and SP would be beneficial for him. I'm not saying let's go out and do this, but it'd be great for his career and if he just wants to stick around he could get a shot when Brees leaves.
