FOX also reported that LB Stephone Anthony will be relegated to a third-down role and is "on notice."

The front office needs to be on notice. Stop going after guys like ellerbe who get hurt checking their email. How is Anthony any worse than what we have now?

Why can't this team find a decent defensive coordinator.... is it really that hard to find a very good one..... this has been a shite show for the last few years....

If I was trying to hire you for a competitive team based environment and told you that unlike most other options for you, you're going to be micromanaged by a guy who has no business in your department and you have to keep your entire staff regardless of their performance would you take that job?

He missed more tackles than any other player in the NFL as a rookie. He was constantly out of position and a liability in coverage. He was not good
