didn't see it on tape, i know there was chatter about that comparison early in football year. He may have strength like donald in weight room but i didn't see it translate to field. I didn't watch too much but from what little i saw, i can only say i wasn't impressed.

That's why i had a mention about the guard on Oklahoma's roster, Nila Kasitati, he seemed to more than hold his own and looked like a good prospect.

Donald is a true 3-tech defensive tackle and the best interior pass rusher in the league. Billings has made his name as a run stuffer who is still learning how to rush the passer. I would be fine with him because at this point the team has neither a pass rusher or run stuffer in the interior.

how good do you think Jaylon is going to run?

Floyd fits if we run a 3-4. Otherwise he's a very undersized DE or miscast as a SLB much like Kikaha.

Based on the linebacker prospects available in this draft, should the team decide to switch back to a 3-4 (they ran a 4-3 base this season), there are plenty of pass rushers to choose from. I am a huge Scooby Wright fan. I would love to see him next to Anthony in the middle wreaking havoc. Amazing instincts and ability to rush the passer from the inside. If he were a little more athletic, he would be a lock for the top-10.

big upside

Tired of these kind of picks. I want sure bets (as much as they can be in the draft) not guys who think they can project. This staff hasn't shown the ability to develop much of anyone.

This draft is the cloudiest I've seen for sure bet guys

Other than pass rush he's pretty complete already and one of the strongest players in ncaaf

Get an actual DL coach and guys will develop

I'd still take smith in later rounds. I had no idea he blew out his knee, the kid reminds me of Navaro Bowman. Ragland seems like a product of his system to me, which is just a matter of opinion.

Jaylon Smith won't make it to the 2nd round. He will be a day 1 draft pick. Probably won't make it past the teens, he is that good! Doesn't matter that he tore his acl & mcl in Notre Dame's bowl game. Nowadays people recover from these type of injuries within 7-8 months.
