So Miami wants Payton and the Jets want Drew, I'll play

Since it's all fantasy.
Trade SP to Miami for DT Ndamukong Suh, WR Jarvis Landry, 2016 1st and if the Phins go the the SB from 2016-2019 Saints get and additional 1st.
Trade Drew to Jets for Fitzpatrick DE Leonard Williams and 2016 1st.
Cut whatever player you need to to make the roster work.
Either Vitt or Allen as interim HC. If it's Vitt I'd fire Ryan and give the defense to Allen.

Yea lets trade the guy eating up most our salary cap for a guy who will eat up more, but isnt interested in the game right now and plays a less important position.

While Miami would probably love to unload Suh right now, he would be stinking it up here as well. The dude is first class douche and apparently does his own thing.

That would never happen. You'd be lucky to get a 2nd rounder and a decent starter for Drew and his contract.
