LINK

#1 Tennessee - LAREMY TUNSIL
OT, Ole Miss

#2 Cleveland - PAXTON LYNCH
QB, Memphis

#12 NOLA - DEFOREST BUCKNER
DE, Oregon

#13 Philly - LAQUON TREADWELL
WR, Ole Miss

2nd Round:

#32 Cleveland - JOSH DOCTSON
WR, TCU

#47 NOLA - KENDALL FULLER
CB, Virginia Tech

I really want Treadwell, but I know the Saints need D. If somehow they had a shot at Doctson in the 2nd round I'd want them to take him.

Would FAP

And f@ck using a 1st on Treadwell.

The ONLY way I see him as a Saint is we can't trade down and every player we had way higher than Treadwell is gone and he's just a BPA pick up.

I'm fine with Buckner, especially because there is DT depth this year. But God please don't burn a 2nd round on Fuller.... We suck at drafting them and we have a real void at WR which we draft pretty well.

I don't see them taking him, but I don't get why people seem to think he wouldn't be great in the B&G or worth the pick. I know we need D but that doesn't mean we don't need a WR either. I would be ecstatic with Buckner in the 1st and Doctson in the 2nd.

He would be great. Just other positions as in many I would rather draft.

We must put more pressure on the QB than on the opposing defenses.

FA pass rushers are top dollar guys in the market so our best chance on the cheap is through the draft. So taking a WR no matter how good which he is is a luxury we can't afford right now.

I'll take it. Plenty of quality receivers later in draft.

Buckner is an absolute stud

DeForest Buckner who some say isn't getting out of the top 5 and Kendall Fuller who is better than his brother in the 2nd round. Absolutely I'd take this.

Only big recent defensive bust from Oregon was Jordan, but he's clearly got mental issues. Buckner gets a lot of comparison's to Arik Armstead (rookie first rounder from Oregon) and he had a pretty solid year.

I would be really happy with him. I know that he's a bit redundant with Cam Jordan, but they could work it out. They can work as our 3-4 DEs, and in 4 DL allignments, one could move to DT. Cam could also probably play some weakside DE. When he was kicking arse in 2013, he said attributed some of his success to moving around so much. He's a versatile player.

I'm higher on Buckner than A'Shawn, who seems to be a common pick for us. I still think Ogbah is going to be a stud, but he seems to be dropping. Never really saw Treadwell as a savior. He'll be a good player, but I think Doctson will be better. We definitely need a WR, but we only have one legit DL and no guards. The youngins started improving as the season went on. If we LOVE an available WR in the first 3 rounds, then go for it (Doctson in the 2nd would be great if he drops that far due to injury). But we need to focus on DE, DT, and OG.

I'd be happy with that. Buckner is at the top of my wish list of 1st round picks.

As for Treadwell, he'd be a great pick too. We desperately need a ligit WR. We have scrubs. I'll keep saying it, we need WR, DT, DE, OLB and OG. A good pick at any of those positions is a good pick IMO.

I agree that we need a WR but when your defense is putting up historically bad stats in consecutive seasons, how do you justify fixing that problem not being priority #1? I saw someone say this draft is strong on the DL and we could wait to get a "stud" in round 2. I look at it as a chance to double dip and get 2 "stud" d lineman. Seattle rode a dominant defense to two straight Superbowls and Denver just won one where their offense never got off the bus. Now I'm not saying either defense is easy to put together or emulate but we have to put forth the effort.

I'm totally cool with Buckner. That dude is a load.

Would love to get Doctson. PERFECT heir to Colston in every way on and off the field. Can't wait to see his combine numbers.

i dont have much problem with Buckner outside of his height. Id really like him to be more in the 6'5" range than the 6'7" he is listed at.

DE is a leverage position and the taller you get the less you have. With that said, love his production this past year. If he has a decent combine he wont be around for us anyway

I like the 1st round pick.

2nd round I would rather us taken Su'a Cravens or one of the many guards not drafted yet.
