Wesley McGriff is in charge of the secondary. I'm sure Allen has input, but he's not the position coach. He's actually in charge of the entire defense, and is suppose to be an equal to Ryan.

PRob is the Chargers #1 CB. They like him.

The Dline, the DB's, the scheme, the execution...all are a hot cluster gumbo. Not sure who feels less pressure, our DC or opposing QB's.
There is hope with the young LB's and Vaccaro seems to be stepping it up this year. It's something to build on.

The guy that needs to go is the HC in the shadow of the GM - no doubt Ryan will take the fall for a lack of talent on the roster & incredible number of injuries this year - of no one thinks the guy in the wings looking over is shoulder is as responsible as Ryan, wake up - Browner, Byrd, etc are what they have to work with, what is expected ?
