Only ones that completly shocks me is Herring and Robinson.

I thought for sure Vilma or Hawthorne would get first crack at the WILB spot and that Greer would hold on to a starting spot.

I can understand the Robinson over Greer thing a little more as Ryan uses press man and Robinson is pretty good at that whereas Greer plays off man.

I can see Johnson over Hicks right now but I'm not sure it ends that way.

I can see Smith over Galette right now but I'm not sure it ends that way.

Wilson and Butler seems like it could go either way.

I'm actually glad they are giving IAQ a shot. May as well see what you have in him.

The ones I didn't touch on are no brainers.

Okay saw that Vilma and Hawthorne were out now.

Payton said not to read anything into it. Players rotating constantly.

I was also going to ask about this because Payton has done this in the past trying to see how combinations of guys play together.

Edit:
You would go on posting?

Of course that post was all imo.

Edit2:
Looking through some stuff, Jenkins and Coleman also did not practice so definitely can't read into IAQ starting.

They have Greer as a back up CB? I just don't see it happening. And I can't see anyway that Butler isn't starting at one of the OLB spots.

I dont see butler starting without injury. He was average at best last year.

I did Paddy, I watched all 21 tackles.

You might need to watch a little yourself.

See the attached links on his performance in his start against Chicago.

you know he was primarily a back up right? I hadn't seen anyone here touting him as a Pro Bowl sleeper or anything for this upcoming season...

so what gives?
