It was flying from Bourbon St.
Explains...so...much...
I wasn't ready to give the video any type of attention until I realized the object was blocked by the Cathedral. Or that it was BEHIND the cathedral meaning that it was really big and not some insect flying by the lens. Best quality:

And then you realize that the reason it's so jumpy when people put it to slo mo in other vids is because it's a time lapse shot that was on a track and those are airplanes.

This is correct. Look at the people in the background on street level, they are moving fast as hell.
