Saints License Plate Approved by Legislature

H.B. 1165 unanimously adopted by House following Senate approval with amendments... On to the Governor's desk for signature. Who's getting one?

Pretty definite it's number order. For one the bill reads that the Saints get the first 300 plates... Most if not all of the prestige plates I've seen are numbered...

11 fee of three dollars and fifty cents shall also be charged and retained by the
12 department to offset a portion of administrative costs.
13 E. The first three hundred plates shall be reserved for purchase at the
14 direction of the New Orleans Saints.
15 F. Within thirty days of the establishment of the special prestige license
16 plate, a Louisiana nonprofit corporation, in the form of a foundation, shall be created
17 exclusively for the purpose of reviewing and awarding funds generated from the sale
18 of the plates. The foundation's governing documents shall comply with the
19 requirements for a tax exempt status pursuant to 26 U.S.C. 501(a) as an organization
20 described by 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3).
21 G. The foundation board shall have a governing board which shall consist
22 of the following members:
23 (1) The governor shall appoint one member who is the head of a state agency
24 that is associated with youth fitness programs related to health and wellness
25 education, or a parks and recreations director.
26 (2) The speaker of the House of Representatives shall appoint one member
27 who is the head of a state agency that is associated with youth fitness programs
28 related to health and wellness education, or a parks and recreations director.
