Tapp, Richardson AND Tull is a bit of a surprise.
I thought Jack Allen was supposed to be the best of the crap backups.
Also a bit of a surprise that Payton is done with Brian Dixon. I thought he'd be here like 10 years.

Seems likely. We've never gone with just 7. 8-10 has always been the number.

Richardson is the biggest surprise, only made bigger because of Tapp.

While I think he has the smarts and technical stuff down, he's undersized at 6'1" 294lb, and "only" repped out 23 @ 225 lb on the bench. I think he needs a year to get bigger and stronger.

Thanks for the depth chart.
Must be size reasons because Tapp clearly outplayed Mabry. Mabry and Richardson were both pedestrian at best.

See, I think in the opposite strategy. Everybody's fine-tuning their rosters over the next 48 hours. Dump Maabry now unless you know somebody wants him. Don't dump Richardson now because somebody's going to grab him. Wait until everybody has their rosters locked in and then dump Richardson.
