If there is an agreement with the NFL, yes. If not, you'll need a jail broken device.

Get a 30 dollar firestick. It sucks for apps but putting Kodi on it works wonders for live sports and stuff.

1.Add the tv cast for Roku app to your phone or iPad.
2. Add tv cast to the Roku.
3. Open app on phone.
4. Go to Reddit/nfl streams
5 click the link for saints game
6. Watch saints on Roku.

The way I know how is I use SportsDevil then go to live sports and pick from there
