seattle at 26 makes this entire list worthless. They are as rabid as rabid can be. They are easily top 3 and I'd put them at #1.

yea don't really get how they do these rankings, but having the 2 new York teams especially the giants above the saints and seahawks is absurd.

You must not be very familiar with the history of these fanbases.

Chicago Bears, Jets, and the Giants need to take a back seat to the Saints and the Colts.

By hard data we mean data on actual fan behavior. In particular, we are focused on market outcomes like attendance, prices or revenues.

This list is largely determined by how much money fans spend. Not necessarily how loud or dedicated they are.

Pretty sure this list takes pre-2012 into account, so Seahawk fans are right where they should be....

Any fanbase would be rabid after two superbowl appearances. But yeah, 26 is too low for them

Meh. These are always pointless, even if you're a cowboys fan and they say you're #1. Who cares?

Funny that for the thanksgiving game VS Dallas that we had a few years ago over 3/4 of the crowd were saints fans. We had Who Dat chants going and the crowd sounded like a home game for the saints. Not for The Cowgirls.

Our spot is quite respectable, considering the success and history of the teams above us.

Cleveland at 31? They deserve to be much higher. The fact that the browns even have fans at all is impressive. I would argue the jags fans are worse than dolphins but both hardly exist so I can't argue too much.

I do agree Miami should be last, it's a terrible sports town.

What do you mean? Their basket ball fans are so rapid they had to denied entry to the arena during the finals.
