That's why you play to lose the game.

We were going to have to play those 14 games the OP listed regardless of our record

only 2 games are determined by record... and those 2 are being determined right now

if TB wins... then win or lose today doesn't matter b/c we still get the last place finishers

TB takes a 3-0 lead late 1st qtr

Only 2 games are not pre-set and actually determined via W-L records !

Y'all are all uptight. My quote was a spoof on herm Edwards, "play to win the game" speech.

Potential primetime games? I don't project many, maybe one of each since we did finish a lackluster 7-9 so probably:

TNF vs. Carolina or Atlanta
SNF against maybe Seattle or Denver
And then maybe MNF @ San Diego or @ San Francisco

No way. Why? Why would the NFL want that crappy game on a Monday night?

You answered your own question.

Have you see MNF since like 2006? It's been straight garbage.

Sunday night has truly become the game to watch in the NFL

MNF doesn't have that luster anymore

and you could tell that when the flex rule gave SNF the choice instead of MNF

September 25 is a Sunday and the 10th anniversary of the Domecoming. I know they played it up this season but it will be hard for the schedule makers to pass up a primetime matchup in the Dome.
