He did have a good game under the circumstances. Carolina is a very good D team so yards don't come easy, but he got positive yards pretty much every time he got the ball. With all the passes to him in the flat it looked like the '06 Reggie. Against another team he probably rips a couple of big ones.

Reggie is a cool/classy guy who gives it his all every game.

He is a gimmick back that i'm glad we have!

he picked up a few clutch third downs. however, unless there is no salary cap next year, he will not be on this team. way too much $$$ for a player to get 6 touches a game
Question is, what does Reggie want to do. I'm not sure where else he fits in. It's pretty clear now he's not a No. 1 every down back. He's going to have to be willing to take less $$ if he wants to go elsewhere.

This right here i totally agree with, there will be some sore players on both teams this week

this is true. if he doesn't want to resign with us for less (and he will have too), i hope we can trade him to a team we don't ever play who likes to gamble on players (like oakland)

Reggie is one of my favorite Saints.

hes not worth the money, sorry
Which is why he'll restructure his deal. People need to stop hypothetically cutting him until he refuses to restructure this offseason. He's proven he's not an everydown back so I doubt he'll find anyone else that would pay or use him more than us, so I don't think he has many better options than accepting his role as someone who helped bring about the first Saints Dynasty.

I'm not a Bush fan, but he played well today and contributed alot.
If he is willing to accept reasonable money and his role, we should keep him.

Everything about him indicates that he would be willing to take less.

That one handed catch was fairly badass
