Rationalizing the Jimmy Trade

Having a great TE is a luxury in this league but not critical to a team's success. Just look at the past few SB winners (excluding the Pats and Gronk). On the other hand, having a great center can stabilize an entire offensive line. It's no coincidence that our worst year in the SP era happened when our interior line was arguably at its weakest. Our passing game was great before Jimmy and will continue to be great once he heads up north. Sure I'll miss #80 but I think this move was needed to bring us back to championship football.
