Doesn't want any of his players to be dumber after dealing with that group.

frick the Thursday night games anyway. On top of that the Saints have to play all of them on the road and this one after a Sunday night game. I'm not a conspiracy guy but WTF

Roger Goodell was a petty, vindictive ahole to sean Payton and the Saints; Payton believes it's a bunch of shite to play a Thursday game after a late Sunday game and he's right. Roger Goodell doesn't give a frick about the integrity of shield or safety. Sean is man and Goodell is a sycophant.

Pretty sure the Broncos and lord manning had to do the same thing.

I could be wrong.

Has a team ever had to play a Sunday night game and then a ROAD Thursday night game before? Especially playing a team that had a home game the week before. I can see why he'd be pissed,

You are wrong. They stayed home for both without losing a day to travel.
