This is why no kickers will ever work here.
It's impossible to do your job well when your coach has a reputation for bringing in a new kicker for a workout every time you miss a fricking kick. If it was that easy there would be more than 10 good kickers in the world.
If you're losing on fricking kicks all the time you need to improve your fricking team, not rage and try out every kicker

That's as stupid as changing DCs without changing any of the defensive staff.
The kicker problems are symptoms not the disease.
McMahon, Vitt and Johnson are AIDS and cancer. Changing DCs and kickers and shite is like taking an advil to alleviate your aids and cancer headaches. It's a temporary fix to a much greater problem that needs attention.
