At least 9. But you can't complain about that. Apparently bad calls that directly take points off the board or give them to the other team must be ignored because the team isn't playing as perfect as high and mighty viewers want them to.
Nope, officiating must be perfectly fine despite not knowing their head from their arse and directly fricking impacting games. No problem there.

If this game is officiated correctly the saints have won the game already. Officiating is a factor in football but you can't bring it up without people criticizing you for blaming the refs. It's a factor in the game just like offense and defense.
