It's amazing how bad our special teams is every single year. Nearly as amazing as how that coach hasn't been fired/replaced yet.

I think Cooks will be a fantastic returner. He seems pretty skiddish taking contact of any kind and I think he'll get over that by next year.

Sproles last return for a TD was in his first game as a Saint if I'm not mistaken against Green Bay...So let's not act like this happens all the time.

But yes our ST's coordinator, DL/LB/DB coaches all need to go........Bring back Dennis Allen and prime Bobby April

Maybe the play at LB has more to do with the fact we haven't drafted a LB in the first/second in ages? We have been pretty fortunate in Free Agency with LB, but the downside to that is you usually get good players on the downswing of their careers. Surprisingly, Lofton is playing his best football yet and Hawethorne is improving. Saints are lucky to have a coach like Joe Vitt, who is good enough to progress, but is content with his current position.
