TD -
7,607 rushing yards
60 rushing touchdowns
3 Pro Bowls
3'time First-Team All-Pro
2 Super Bowls (primary reason they won)
Super Bowl MVP in 1997
Most Valuable Player in 1998

All in only 7 seasons!

BTW - Larry Csonka made it with 8,000 yards over 10 years.

He is 55th all time in rushing yards
He is 48th all time in rushing touchdowns
The guy had three great years, no doubt.
Lots of guys with better stats not in.

BTW when Larry Csonka went to the hall
He was 10th all time in rushing yards
He was 11th all time in rushing touchdowns
See the difference?

He did more in 7 years than nearly every other RB in league history.

Thankfully the experts saw it the same way I see it.

Even more excited they just chose the best kicker in the history of the game!

the first Saints game I ever went to he made a game winning kick.

I hardly remember much about the game but it was New Years Eve and the Saints were playing the Rams.

With the win, the Saints got the last playoff spot and went on to play @ Chicago.

That was unexpected. But great for him!

Didn't really think he deserved it myself.

Oh you mean the guy who has scored the most points in the NFL shouldn't be in the hall of fame?

I would have been pissed if freaking Kurt Warner made it in and Morten didn't. Well deserved!

Will he go in as a Falcon or a Saint?

He's going in as Morten Andersen. Football HOF doesn't make inductees choose as team likebaseball HOF.
