He was credited for a 7 yard pass to decker when he clearly threw it backward which would equate to a 7 yard rush.

Clearly went one yard backward. Had Decker dropped that it would have been a live ball.

Yes because that would be a great use of his time this week.

Manning would have come out and thrown a pass in the second half to break the record if they had correctly ruled it backward during the game. It's doubtful they change it.
