He and Ingram can take some of the pressure off of Brees. Then draft all defense and a young qb to develop after Brees. Just like Denver did in manning last couple of years. Or Adoree Jackson imo

Guice is Foster
LF7 is Peterson

Both were top 2 RBs, but Foster would definitely be the better RB for a CSP system

You mean when he had a top defense in the NFL? We don't have one of those last I checked which is why we don't need to be spending any picks on a RB.

Or just keep using the good RB already on the team and not waste a high draft pick on one.

This team doesn't have the luxury of drafting anything but defense in the upper rounds and we also need a r.g.

We need defensive players. Why can't people understand that?

If we need defensive players, our season is already lost if we think 6 raw rookies by themselves will solve our problems. We have some cash to throw around in FA. We will get the players at positions we must and need to address.

Then come the draft, we can go BPA as normal. And LF would be a BPA if he falls all the way to us.

And about Cook being a better fit. How can you think PF never t having an impact on the passing game or whatever is somehow a reflection of LF? Did you see the offense we ran under Miles?

Abandon the future!!! Don't even think about building towards improving the biggest weakness!!! It's all already lost anyway!!!! Completely ignore needs and draft at a position that is already a strength!!!! What a great idea!!!

There were a handful of games that our Offense lost too. Games where our D held up and O couldnt get it done.

Fournette hands are probably better than Guice's, just judging by the very small sample size we've had of both of them catching out of the back field in college. Even though it was just high school, I saw a few of Fournette's games live and he never drop one kickoff punt or pass. But I don't think either kid are one trick ponies, LSU's offense was horrible at showcasing RBs receiving talents.

This entire draft needs to be used on defense....unless some quality o-line piece presents itself. Also, Fournette needs to be much better in pass blocking to be worth a paycheck in a Sean Payton offense. He's a talent, but the Saints have so many holes on D right now.
