His numbers are looking good at the combine!

6'6" 306
4.72 40
Top of the pack in 3 cone drill and 20 yard shuffle so he has outstanding foot speed.
Only 28 reps for the bench press which is mid-pack, but man does this guy seem quick on his feet!

Thought this would be interesting to some since he has already popped up on some mocks for the Saints at #15

I doubt he goes in the first round if we had a 2nd round pick I would say maybe.

If they don't sign a free agent, this guy would be the guy I hope falls to the Saints, even more than some OLB. I saw that all of the top OT's were around that 25-27 mark on the bench. Bench press is usually made for those short, powerful offensive guards and DT's. OT's usually have longer arms, which is not good for bench press.

Yeah he seems like a really athletic Tackle that can beat those speed rushers off the edge consistently. Hell I would consider him for the RT spot even if we get LT taken care of.

Lane is one hell of an athlete, and would be an excellent pickup if you ask me. He actually went to college originally as a quarterback, kept growing, switched between tight end and defensive end and finally found a spot on the o-line a couple of seasons ago.

Without a doubt he's a 1st rounder. Easily a top 20 pick and depending how quick Joeckel and Fisher go, he will most likely be Top 15.

I like Lane Johnson a lot.
