quote:

Khiry Robinson projects as the "odd man out" in New Orleans' backfield again this year. Mark Ingram was re-signed to a $16M deal and C.J. Spiller was brought in to be the change-of-pace option. Expect these two to monopolize touches, leaving the #FreeKhiry movement in need of an injury. The talented Robinson is merely a big-back handcuff -- albeit one that will be atop the Waiver Wire adds if anything happens to Ingram.

Don't see him going anywhere.....

Pretty sure the "odd man out" is in regards to touches, not a roster spot. His roster spot is safe, IMO. If anything, he could be traded for a mid-late round pick (i.e. Chris Ivory), but I don't see him leaving.

Do they think we're only gonna have two RB's on the roster?

This is a very strange thread. First, the link is titled "Khiry Robinson NOT feeling like the odd man out.." then the quote you pulled isn't even from the article. It's all about Khiry working hard to try and contribute. Your thread kind of sucks.

I was wondering where the quote came from, but figured it wasn't worth that much time.

That quote isn't even in the link you posted. The mention of the waiver wire is in regard to fantasy football.

Ingram is guaranteed to miss 1-2 games at somepoint with a foot injury. Spiller is a health question mark. Khiry isn't going anywhere.

He doesn't cost much. He's not going anywhere unless we trade him.

oh, nevermind....

You can never have enough quality RBs. It is the NFL. Injuries happen.
