depends how you look at it. the 12.5m came in during the spring. the saints are going after the 1.25m even though it was guaranteed, so he may get to keep it.
that more than likely was full of shite. one team offers you $7m then retracts and the most you can get is in the 700k range? i highly doubt that. he was full of shite like most of his rant.
so for this year, hes banking 12.5m without playing a down.
