I was thinking and wondering why we don't use him like we used to use Devery Henderson? I feel like Morgan could be a decent #2 if we used him like Henderson. They're both speedy guys that are deep threats. And you switch cooks and Colson out at the 1 spot. I know CSP knows what he's doing but I thought it was an interesting thought.

He has a chance to resurrect his career for sure as a #4 explosive deep threat

Every time he gets the ball he makes something out of it. He has a career average of 33.6 ypc. He has huge potential if he stays straight. And he might get more looks now that we're lacking in receivers.

I don't trust this guy to contribute any more. He's always screwing up mentally. Payton is giving him one more chance because he's so damn talented but nothing I've seen tells me he will stay out of trouble or the doghouse. I hope I'm wrong.

He got cut last year because he got drunk and broke into the facility with a chick and passed out in the hot tub where they found him the next morning..... I think if he can avoid repeating that he will be okay...

I hope he can stay straight. He has so much potential and I was crushed when he was cut last year. I feel like he has straightened out since Payton is giving him a chance. I doubt he would bring in someone that has character issues seeing as he is being more strict about that. Even if he just has 20-30 receptions a season it'd be huge for the saints. His rookie year he had 10 receptions for 379 yards and 3 touchdowns. I was so hype on him for 2013 then he tore his ACL. And he had a huge reception against the Ravens last year then got cut. Maybe this year is his year!

Holy shite that's hilarious. I thought he was also one of the ones that were late to meetings and he had "substance abuse" problems. Or something like that.

He has his fair of issues, but that was the tipping point.

If he didn't play for the Saints, this would be an awesome story.

I do want him on the team cuz that speed is undeniable. But thats all hes got going for him, so hes not good enough to be a number 2.

Devery had killer speed, could run deep comebacks and in routes PLUS he was a monster run blocker with a big upper body.

Never seen Morgan run tight routes or block consistently

A bad wheel? Seems like his wheel is good enough to average 30+ yards a catch.
