I'm all for it. Having no depth at all really worries me. Especially at the most important position in a 34

I am for this. He def would not need any extra motivation for at least two games!

He wouldn't do it unless you threw a ton of $$ his way. He's always said he loved Atlanta and wouldn't play for any rival of ATL.
Believe he even lived there when he was in NY.

if you believe that.
He planned on visiting the Saints earlier in free agency. I think resigning Will Smith intervened with that. If we invited him back, I'm sure he'd be on the next flight in.

I wouldn't mind having John Abraham, as long as he can stay healthy! He's had a lot of injury problems in the past, but when he can stay on the field, he's a great player.

You don't really believe this, do you? It's business. The guy needs a job. I guarantee he would sign if we offered.

I do believe this. Like I said before, unless you threw the $$ he was asking for (which would be too much), he won't sign with a rival.

I base this off of everything he's said on twitter and to the media. So it really has nothing to do with what "I believe". It's exactly what he's said since he's semi-retired.

So right back at whoever...

No way he would command a premium contract at that age.

Lomis: "Hey Abe...since you've gotten exactly zero contract offers this offseason, we'll give you an incentive laden contract at the vet minimum this season"

Abraham: pulls out pen

So...you're saying he's so loyal to a team that cut him 1 year in to a 3 year contract that he wouldn't sign with a division rival even if it's the only option? You're saying you believe that?

Either you're stupid for buying it or Abe is stupid if he actually stuck to that. Either way, someone is kidding himself

I'm plenty stupid on a lot of things but I'm just re-stating what he said. Anyways, I don't think Abe would be a good fit in a 3-4. But I'm sure he'd be down to try whatever for some $$.
There's better fits for you guys that are much younger and better suited. Abe is just a noteworthy name at this point, not much more...
