@CraigScott31: Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman reports Jimmy Graham is "pissed off" and "hates" his role with the Seahawks.

According to Freeman, "several" Seahawks players have informed him of this and it's a "fact." Graham allegedly "hates what's happening in Seattle" where he's "barely looked at in the passing game."

Saints resign Graham after Seattle cuts him

Re-sign him for how much? We're paying him $10M to not play for us...

Dude got traded to the most run heavy team in the league, what did he expect?

I'm still dumbfounded on why they would trade for him if they weren't planning on passing more. But hey, thanks for the center and the draft pick

Learn how to run block, dude.

Even wideouts can run block.

It'd still be a complete waste of him.

He probably didn't expect to get traded after producing at such a high level for the Saints.

At least he'd have a role.

I can't for the life of me understand why the Seahawks wanted him so badly.

I'm gonna play devils advocate and say that he actually kinda has a point.

Their playcalling has been atrocious and exactly why would they give up so much for a pass catching TE if he's expected to just be another run blocker for beast mode?

He wouldn't be saying "I hate not getting the ball but at least I get to run block".

Definitely an overreaction to them blowing the superbowl on a bad playcall.

So far that trade worked out great for both teams. Both 0-2 and our running game sucks and Brees damn near getting killed!! Best thing was the pick for Anthony.

Should have kept Graham and drafted Anthony with our first 1st round pick.

Problem solved

Although we wouldn't have our awesome tackle eligible.

We had to get rid of him in order to make our ground attack better.

That would have been an enormous reach.

immy Graham lined up in the slot on 53.3% of Saints plays the last 3 yrs & caught ~half his TDs from there (17/35). His SEA Slot% is 26.9%.

I don't understand this trade from both sides. Seattle is making zero effort to use him to his strengths and New Orleans should have upgraded their interior line.

They upgraded their line alone by adding Unger, issue is they refused to add an adequate receiver. They thought Jones/Coleman would pan out, Watson and Colston would become young or consistent, and Cooks would take a massive step forward.

That is a massive mistake on their part. Seattle lost a shite ton of lineman so they cant use him to his strengths

Seems like a lot of big trades for multiple teams around the league so far haven't worked out too well. Take a look:

Saints (0-2) traded Jimmy Graham to Seahawks (0-2)
Lions (0-2) acquired Haloti Ngata from Ravens (0-2)
Eagles (0-2) and Rams (1-1) swapped QBs Nick Foles and Sam Bradford
