Ingram was 5th in the NFL in YPC and yards after contact. Meanwhile Charles is likely washed up.

Ingram barely had 200 carries and rushed for over 1000 yards. He is far from overrated, he's a borderline pro bowl back (made it once already) hitting his prime years. And he's being paid reasonably also. He averaged 5.1 yards a carry, and put up over 1300 total yards with 10 tds this year.
I like Ingram, no need for Charles. We need to ride Ingram out, and let him churn out mor seasons like he just had. At his current contract he is a bargain

Look get out of your feelings.. Personally how i feel jamal is a better back overall for our system.. Frick ingram numbers bcuz in the games that mattered.. Go watch the film.. And youll see he didnt step up! If he was so damn good why did hightower have him on the bench till he realized ur not supposed to fumble??? He is not a top 5 back by far! For all this defense..??? I can name ten backs in the league that can step in take his spot and make our offense more dangerous.. So hey im sorry if ur pants got wet but yea my opinion jamal is better for this offense!

Jamal is 30 years old and has played in a total of 8 games in the last 2 seasons. But somehow you feel confident that he's still the same RB he was 3-4 years ago.
And Ingram's tape shows that while he's not a top ten RB, he's still pretty solid.
