Is it stupid for the nfl to just now make the players wear all their pads. Thats the one thing i think they should have inforced the whole time if they cared about player saftey (pre-lawsuit)

Of course they are now trying to save their asses. The bounty scandal could not have come at a worst time for the NFL with all of the the lawsuits. They will do anything to make it look like they are devoted to player safety.

you gotta keep those thoughts cushioned so they don't hit helmets too hard.
Knee bads do nothing. they are not gonna prevent any real need injury.
Also they need to mandate something about helmet standards.
