In response to the Cooks drama, what are your expectations of Thomas?

i've seen people on here label him a Julio-type talent and i think that's going a bit far

he had an amazing rookie year and clearly looks like a future #1 WR and possible stud, though. i personally don't know if he's going to become that dominant WR force (And that's OK) that defenses can't account for

I think if we're going to compare him to anyone, it would be Andre Johnson. He can dominate several games a year, but can also have "quiet games" w/ <50yds. He should be a perennial pro bowler, but won't be a Julio, A Brown All-Pro type.

It's not simply people labeling Thomas as Julio Jones type, his production speaks to him playing at such a level.

I think the easy comparison is his uncle keyshawn without the drama.

I dont think he has the breakaway athleticism of a julio jones.

agreed. that's going to limit his "scary" potential for defenses

not ripping on thomas, but julio is an absolute freak who is also a good WR

Andre Johnson is a future HOFer, and was a two time all pro player in his career playing with horseshite QBs

I think Keyshawn w/o the BS would be my expectation. I don't think he has the elite speed to be a Julio or Calvin type guy
