Why not demand refunds from the Saints? You did not purchased tickets for political rallies but for a football games.

It's a cycle of demonization. Look at this thread. And most of the time the people who complain about the kneelers aren't saying anything viable, just flags, troops and vets. Not the problems at hand.

nor do we need to. the kneelers aren't doing and saying much besides talking in freaking circles and always having moving targets on what they are kneeling for. I don't even know that numbers statistically support inequality treatment by the police which is supposedly their biggest issue. And the latest is, POTUS called us a potty word. Like the lack of respect and name calling that Donald has received over the past year or two is never relevant.

Real Veterans respect the right of individuals to freely express themselves in this country. we fight to defend the constitution of the united states....not the flag.

All based on a false narrative that blacks are getting killed by policemen at a higher rate than whites.....
In 2016, Harvard Professor Roland Fryer – an African-American academic who focuses on economics – decided to examine whether the nation’s police officers were killing black Americans more so than whites. When he launched the study, he fully expected to find a clear pattern of unjustified violence.

Fryer looked at four national databases of crime statistics representing police-civilian confrontations from diverse states like Florida, Texas, and California. After rigorous analysis, it turned out that he, Kaepernik and Black Lives Matter were all wrong.

Indeed, Fryer’s study showed that American police officers were not killing black people at a rate any higher than whites.

In short, the nation’s protectors showed no racial bias when it came to deadly force.

Fryer called it “the most surprising result of my career.”

No, no, no that's not the narrative. It's because policemen and women were killing black people that were unarmed and never getting indicted for it. They get paid vacations. And it doesn't even matter if it's on camera or not. So that kills whatever you just typed.

Why aren’t they protesting or raising awareness for black on black crime? Sickle cell? AIDS? Deep ends of the swimming pool?

That kills black people more than police

I truly wish all those who kneel could spend a week on the beat with cops in the inner cities of Chicago, Detroit, NOLA and New York.

Well great then. Every time a POTUS says something they don't like we can get this every week. Next the State Governors. Then we can sit over laws passed we don't like. TV show cancelled? Sit for the national anthem. Fun times ahead.

I read the memo from Jenkins and Bennett, etc. and in it they specifically mention Trayvon Martin and Alton Sterling. Here are the facts. Martin was not killed by a policeman but some dumbass with a gun. Zimmerman has proven himself to be a POS that hired the right defense attorney. Just putting him into the conversation invalidates their argument. Secondly, the DOJ confirmed that Sterling was armed and was reaching for his weapon. Again, their argument is invalidated with this example. They should use cases of bad police shoots to support their argument, however their choice of these 2 cases specifically just shows that they are not paying attention to the truth that is out there. That or they are willfully ignoring it.

The sad thing is that they do have a number of good ideas and thoughts related to education and improving relationships between police and inner city communities.
