I don't think anyone is saying that someone on here has said, "Drew Brees is above criticism." It's just that every time he is criticized by someone, not matter how justified the criticism, sunshine pumping retards like you and your reach around buddy hoodoo fig man start freaking out like a bunch of whiny little bitches.

suck nut queer. I criticized Drew plenty myself the last three weeks. He deserves criticizm and blame. He doesnt however deserve to be traded, cut, or called out on his contract

bullshite. The guys a greedy bastard and gives not one shite about you ,me, New Orleans, or whatever. He wanted to get paid...and he did. And now he's having maybe his worst year, stretch of games, since he's been the Saints QB.

jumping in here.

Brees definitely deserves A LOT of criticism for the past 3 weeks. you can look at the score and try to blame the defense, but thats bullshite. if youve watched the game, you know the defense has been very good lately. they are getting pressure! something we knew nothing about. they are great in the red zone.

brees is scaring the shite out of me in regards to how much he resembles brett farve. he makes terrible decisions and tries to make things happen too much. he is playing like he did in san diego. the man needs Payton to be great.

agree the talk about trading/cut is absurd.

so what? EVERYONE in the league wants to get paid. look at peyotn manning. dude got a massive contract too. and keep in mind drew got us a ring without getting paid a large sum. so should we not give him his due? and the contract isnt for 1 year. lets see how the rest of the years go before bitching about a contract he just signed.

End.

As soon as Brees starts playing like he's getting paid to play, I'll back off the 'Brees is a greedy bastard' gig. Until then...

then thats your prerogative. the guy got us a ring and broke monumental records. if that isnt proof he deserves to get paid, then im not sure what else you are looking for.

i said he deserves great blame for the past 3 games. the rest of the season can be dished to several individuals, most with big contracts. people do have down years, its the nature of the beast. just chill until next season.

this is all predicated that Payton returns. If he doesnt, i may just burn down my neighborhood.

I'll piggyback this quote if you don't mind BlacknGold. Peyton Manning & Tom Brady were the one's who set the market value in the first place. Why shouldn't Drew have gotten what those two were getting paid especially after stretch Drew has had from '09-'11? Anyone bitching about Drew's contract should bitch about Manning & Brady as well. Its useless & childish to complain about a player's contract. Drew got paid for performing at an elite level & it was well deserved. I didn't hear a soul complain one bit while Drew was playing at a Hall of Fame level while being grossly underpaid.

Drew is struggling, just as the entire offense is without Sean Payton. The aspect of paying attention to every minute detail of offensive play calling, game planning & technique is being sorely missed. Drew is missing his mentor, second set of eyes & most of all probably his best friend yet some seem to think he needs to be benched or traded. PATHETIC!!!I guess it's Drew's fault whenever the offensive line misses a block or a running back fails on a blitz pickup. I guess it's Drew's fault for the poor offensive game planning & poor route combinations drawn up by the offensive coordinator. I guess it's Drew's fault for every pass dropped by the receiving corp this year. Everyone on the team has made mistakes this year including Drew but to put the entire blame for this season is downright insane.

Drew has stood front & center for his coach, organization & fellow teammates while the organizaton has been drug through the mud for almost an entire calendar year. I don't give damn how much money someone is paid, there's not enough money in the world to make Drew immune from having the weight of this season take its toll on him.

JazzyJeff, you need to pay attention to your other hobby of semen sampling & leave this board alone. This is "supposed" to be a place for real fans but instead retards like you, at times like these, drag your asses across the board like a dog with worms drags it's arse across grass.

Manning and Brady have since went on to earn their most after their big paydays. Drew hasn't, but he still has time, a few more seasons to do it.

Absolute total bullshite. Drew was NOT 'grossly underpaid' you fricking nit wit. He only had TWO teams even interested in him. He got a six year $60 million dollar contract! And while he sure as hell "earned" it, this he was overpaid tripe only comes from the mouths of retards...like you.

More bullshite. If Drew were truly a great QB, like I used to think he was, he could play well no matter who the coach is. Manning is a great example of a great QB.

Neither one of those quarterbacks has had to play a season since signing their deals under the turmoil & chaos surrounding their respective organizations that Drew has either.

Listen you man milk drinking son of bitch, Drew had grossly played above his initial contract since the '09 season. If the organization would have redid his contract then & given him a raise at that point & time, them maybe Loomis could have saved the Saints some cap room. Only idiots like you believe that Drew deserved continue playing under a contract that had him on the lower half of quarterback salaries.

Manning is a great example of a great QB.

Again a-hole, when has Manning EVER had to play a season under the circumstances that Drew has had to play under this season?

I'm glad you can find humor in your semen sampling activities.

the whole team is off this year not just drew. its just with his big contract, he is more of a target to fans. he got most of the credit for all the wins and now he is getting the credit for most of the losses

In the end, I put all the blame on Robert Goodell. He killed our season...we were behind the 8Ball from the start this season. The shadow that Goodell cast on the team was more than we could have ever realized. The a-hole took away coaches, players and draft picks...injustice to New Orleans, the team and fans. I hate to say it, but I am starting to think the players just want the season to end. This would not be the case if SP was coaching...

Oh poor Drew...so much pressure, may be he should have held out for more money! The mother fricker is the highest paid QB EVER and here you are felling sorry for the dude. He's needs to man up and earn his paycheck.

Actually, fans should place the blame where it belongs; in the lap of Loomis and Payton. They were given a chance to stop whatever it was they were doing but didn't. While Goodell has certainly been a douche bag in all this, IT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED!
