Exactly.
And that lease is very minor in the overall deal. Just pay it off.
Cleveland was a different time in a different NFL. And the lease is not a minor deal. The current one is a major roadblock to relocation, and it's not as simple as "paying it off". Finally, Rita will never have that much control. In fact, even if Benson had not changed the trust, she would not have that type of control over either of the franchises.

I think the organization has renewed commitment to the city after all we've been through I don't think that's really an issue anymore

Agreed on what everyone is saying on why it wont happen.
Also, the NFL has a crazy relocation fee. I think its anywhere from 500 Million to 1 Billion. So if Rita would like to pay that then by all means lol
