I like everything happening so far, but I still don't get 1 thing..

Unless all of these moves just popped into the FO and coaches' heads in the last week, it seems they had a plan to re-tool and I am happy with almost everything they've done so far (except giving the 4th w/ Jimmy).

So why the frick didn't Payton send in the 2nd and 3rd stringers against TB and we would be picking 8 or 9? How did winning by 2 against the shittiest team in the NFL benefit the Saints at all?

This has been irritating me all week as well.

Yes we would have gotten a better draft pick, but i will never support a team that throws a game.

I get that. I'm saying play the second stringers. If they win, great. SJB didn't even get on the field. Why not try some of these guys?
