Good offseason topic...
Ya'll remember before Payton? Saints had an alltime winning record against NO team. Now on the plus side against 12 other teams.

Have piled it on Tampa Bay the past decade. Looking to add to 29-17 record

Carolina 19-21, need a sweep for .500

Slow but sure chipping away towards .500 against the team with the most wins and losses alltime against, Atlanta 43-48

Arizona 13-14, a wins gets to .500

Dallas 11-16, Before 1998 this was at 3-14

Iggles, 11-15 Chip them away

Indy 6-5, road game will be a challenge

Giants, 12-15, 3-1 under Payton

Titans, 5-7 win to get one game under .500

Redskins a nemesis, 8-16, only 1-3 since Payton*

Texans, a win makes this the Saints best winning pct. at 3-1

Detroit 11-10-1, keep it rolling, 4-1 versus since '08

Jags 3-2, need to win to stay above .500

*reminds me...
Everyone know their Saints trivia on the Divisions they have been in? From 1967-69 they rotated in the Capitol Division with Dallas, Philly, Washington & the Century Division with Cleveland, Pitt, AND StL (before Pitt, Clev, and Indy were shipped to the AFC

Woah now. We're looking to go 4-0 against you the last 2 seasons. I believe Dem Birds will be putting more distance on y'all this season!!

should be a tricky opener. I can't even remember the last time we opened with a late afternoon kickoff to start the season.

Arizona has gone 13-3 the last 2 years at home. I think they'll be a trendy pick to be a playoff team again. But Carson Palmer is like 36 and has been hurt a bunch of times the last few years it seems like. It'll be a tough game probably but I think Arizona could take a step back this year. You saw how they limped the rest of the way last year when Palmer went down.

I agree it will be a tough test. We will get to find out very quickly how the new secondary looks. Cards were 6-0 when Palmer started last year including wins over Dallas and Philly.

that little WR #13 John Brown is a guy to look out for I think.

they upgraded their O-line and maybe they'll try and run it more but Ellington doesn't really seem like a between the tackles type of runner.

I'd better edit all that. You never know... the league office is probably holding EVERYONE accountable these days.
